Chris Barnard is President of the American Conservation Coalition, the nation's largest center-right environmental organization. A former professional soccer player, Chris now specializes in energy, conservation, and natural resource issues, and is a contributor to outlets such as Fox News, American Affairs, and the Wall Street Journal.
